Acceptance of terms

By installing or using Dice AI, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and that you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

About Dice AI

Dice AI is an independent app built and owned by Kristof Kowalski. It is a dice roller for games and everyday decisions.

Dice AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher. Names such as Dungeons and Dragons, Pathfinder, Call of Cthulhu, and Blades in the Dark are trademarks of their respective owners and are referred to only to describe the kinds of games you can play with the app.

In-app purchases

Dice AI is free to download and includes a limited number of free rolls so you can try everything. To continue past that limit, you can buy the Pro Unlock, a single one-time purchase that removes the free roll limit and gives you unlimited rolls.

• One-time purchase. The Pro Unlock is not a subscription. It does not auto-renew and there is nothing to cancel.
• Pricing. The price is set and shown by the App Store or Google Play, and is charged to your Apple or Google account.
• Restore. You can restore the Pro Unlock on any device signed into the same store account, from within the app.
• Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.

Fair use

Dice AI uses tested, verified randomness for every roll. It is provided for entertainment and everyday decision making. You are responsible for how you use the results.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Dice AI is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the app.
• We do not guarantee that the app will always be available or free of errors.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update this page and the date at the top. Continued use of Dice AI after a change means you accept the updated terms.
